Protecting your personal data is important to us. That is why we process your information exclusively on the basis of the applicable legislation, in particular the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act (LPDP) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ЗЕТ). In this statement we inform you of the most important aspects of processing your data on our website.

What happens to your data after contacting us?

When you write to us through the form on our website when you send us an email or place an order, we store your data for a period of 25 months so that we can process your request as well as answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!

When you fill in your email address in the subscription form for our e-newsletter, we only store your email address and use it solely for that purpose. This address is only shared with the company that prepares the newsletter and maintains the online store.

Storing your data

Please note that in order to facilitate the order and purchase process and the subsequent execution of the contract with you, we store your IP address, your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card number (or the identification of the respective payment agent).

In addition, in order to perform our contract with you, we store: Your name, address, telephone and PIN. The data we provide you need to fulfill our contractual or pre-contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except

In an incomplete order, we delete the entered data. Upon completion of a contract and a contract executed by us on the grounds of Art. 6, para. 1 (a) and (b) of the GDPR shall keep all the details of the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided for in Art. 12 of the Accountancy Act (SAC) for 10 years.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are loaded into the browser and stored on your terminal. They are harmless.

We use them to keep your site easy to use. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit to our site.

We use “cookies” on the basis of Art. 4a of the Electronic Commerce Act (ЗЕТ) and Article 6, par. 1 (f) GDPR.

Internet traffic analysis

Our site analyzes consumer Internet traffic through google analytics, google webmasters tools, facebook pixel.

For this purpose, we use cookies that allow us to analyze how users use our site. The information thus obtained is transmitted to the supplier’s server of the technical solution and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that it does not allow cookies to be stored.

The processing of data for Internet traffic analysis is carried out on the basis of Article 6, para. 1 (a) and / or (f) GDPR.

Our legitimate interest in the GDPR is to improve the functionality of our site. We appreciate the privacy of our users, so the data we use for web traffic analysis is anonymised by the technical solution provider. We have a contract for the processing of personal data with the latter.

We keep the data for 25 months.

You can subscribe to our newsletter / mailing list by filling out the form on our site. For this, we need your email address and your consent to send you the relevant messages.

You can opt out of your subscription to our newsletter / mailing list at any time. Please send your declination to the following email address: info@mebelionline.eu or by pressing the unsubscribe button at the end of each email. We will immediately delete your data in connection with the sending of our newsletter / mailing.

Your rights

You have access to your data that we process, as well as the right to rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection.

If you believe that our processing of your data is in violation of data protection regulations or if you believe that your rights under these provisions have been violated in any way, you may contact the appropriate administrative authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
